International Shipping

Nobody likes spending a lot of money on shipping so we’ve spent a lot of time trying to find inexpensive and reliable shipping options for our international customers. I think we've come up with some great options for you! DHL Express is by far the fastest shipping method but their rates are also much more expensive. If you’re not in a huge hurry the alternatives provided during checkout still utilize air shipping from the US to your country, but utilize your postal service for delivery to your local address. The order page will only list shippers that are available for your location. There is no longer a minimum order.

All orders are shipped within 2 business delays unless a notice is shown on the shipping page.  If you are concerned about temperatures with longer shipping times see this FAQ for more information.

Because of Austria and German import rules we are no longer accepting orders with a shipping address to these countries. Phage Complete is an all natural product, it is not a medicine. But because it works so well these countries view it as competition to their medical establishment. If you really want to order to these countries you may want to consider a "reshipping" company.  As of March 2022 we no longer ship to Russia or Belarus.
