Did you extract these phages from nature?

At some point all phages were extracted from the environment. But once isolated they have sense been cultured. Now the phages used in Phage Complete are grown in a sterile lab environment. The company I use to bottle the ingredients purchases all of the ingredients from well respected suppliers. Everything used in this product, at each step of the way, must be cGMP certified, FDA and independently inspected.  I’m the formulator of the overall product, I never actually touch the capsules or the raw ingredients.

International Shipping

Nobody likes spending a lot of money on shipping so we’ve spent a lot of time trying to find inexpensive and reliable shipping options for our international customers. I think we've come up with some great options for you! DHL Express is by far the fastest shipping method but their rates are also much more expensive. If you’re not in a huge hurry the alternatives provided during checkout still utilize air shipping from the US to your country, but utilize your postal service for delivery to your local address. The order page will only list shippers that are available for your location. There is no longer a minimum order.

Due to COVID, shipments may be delayed due to the impacts on international flights and ground transportation. The shipping times listed are pre-COVID. All orders are shipped within 2 business delays unless a notice is shown on the shipping page.  If you are concerned about temperatures with longer shipping times see this FAQ for more information.

Because of Austria and German import rules we are no longer accepting orders with a shipping address to these countries. Phage Complete is an all natural product, it is not a medicine. But because it works so well these countries view it as competition to their medical establishment. If you really want to order to these countries you may want to consider a "reshipping" company.  As of March 2022 we no longer ship to Russia or Belarus.

DHL Express - 2-3 business day shipping:

DHL Express is by far the fastest, and often the easiest in regards to customs clearance, but their shipping rates are also much more expensive. Some countries do not have DHL available, if you don't see rates for DHL Express this is why.

If you're not a huge hurry the alternatives listed here are fine. These all utilize air shipping from the US to your country, but utilize the postal service for delivery within your country.

Shipping times are estimates based on past shipments to your country. Anything that affects international travel, or ground postal shipments in your country, may cause delays in shipment delivery. The estimated shipping times may also be affected by COVID issues (such as fewer flights).

Insurance is now available through Route, this is premium insurance with a simplified claims process. We make no money from this insurance (we're offering it at cost). If you have issues with your local postal service, or theft from your mailbox or porch, this insurance is recommended. This is adding to your cart automatically but you can remove it at checkout if you don't want insurance (and will accept the risk for loss or damage).

Customs & Duties

Customs' clearance is normally fairly quick, especially with DHL, but every now and then they decide to randomly check orders. This can slow things down, sometimes considerably in some countries; this process varies a lot from country to country and day to day. You will need to know the customs and duty rules / costs in your country before ordering. In some countries there are no customs (or other) fees, but in most countries you can pay 10-30% of the order. You're advised to contact your local tax agent or customs office to get an estimate of what these fees / rules might be. Once an order is processed by us it can not be canceled. We're sorry, but no refunds will be issued for orders refused, confiscated, or duties assessed by customs.
