It does an excellent job of mixing a glass or mugs worth of liquid and powder ingredients. I use it to make Golden Sludge, or simply to mix in fiber, MCT oil, cinnamon oil, etc., into a drink. It is the one tool that I use multiple times per day. [easyazon_cta align=”none” identifier=”B010RY3TR4″ key=”small-light” locale=”US” tag=”thegutheapro-20″] |

I’ve gone through 2 other food processors, they don’t even compare to this one, this is a beast. It will slice a potato or carrot in about 2 seconds. I use it for shredding cabbage for sauerkraut, slicing vegetables, etc., etc. Not inexpensive, but the motor comes with a 25 year guarantee! Excellent for smoothies, making baby food, soups, sorbet, slushies, margaritas, etc., etc. Ours gets a real work out. Comes with a 7 year warranty. This model is in about the middle of their line up. There seems to be an infinite number of recipes online. Excellent for soups, stews, chili, chicken, roast (my favorite), all kinds of vegetables (they come out tasting better than any other way of cooking), even boiled eggs. It serves 7 in 1 functions: Pressure Cooker, Slow Cooker, Rice Cooker, Saute/Browning, Yogurt Maker, Steamer & Warmer. I also use it to make Chaga tea, a very healthy tea made from a hard tree fungus; sounds weird, but it is very healthy and tastes great. We have the 8 quart, you can always cook less in the large one, you can’t cook more in the small one. This is the one that we have, see this link for the full line up.
